Our cafeteria cashier is at the end of the point of sale line to make sure each student is receiving a reimbursable meal. If the student does not have enough components on his or her plate, the student is sent back to the lunch line at that time to make a choice that will make his or her meal reimbursable. Our cafeteria manager and staff are well trained in what constitutes a reimbursable meal and they make sure that each student is receiving what they choose to eat.
