Over the course of this three-day event, hundreds of high school students from across nine schools will have the opportunity to attend Sold Out assemblies.

The annual Sold Out assemblies have been sponsored by the local ABC Board since 2012. The Sold Out events, which have been held in both middle and high schools, promote making good decisions, drug and alcohol abstinence, and goal setting. This is the second time this school year Mr. Gabriel has presented at WCPS schools. In October, he led assemblies at 10 middle schools.

“This year’s Sold Out program has been revamped to include more engaging content for our high school students,” states Dr. David Lewis, Assistant Superintendent for Accountability/Information Technology/Student Services. “We appreciate the Wayne County ABC Board and Mr. Gabriel for their ongoing efforts to engage students and help them recognize the importance of making positive choices.”
